Our take
AI-native SaaS has weird GTM math: a customer's monthly value is partially their token spend, which is a moving target. The stack needs to instrument that. PostHog handles product analytics + LLM observability (the 2025 LangSmith competitor). HubSpot for CRM (you're early). Pylon for shared-Slack support (every AI SaaS lives in customer Slack). Apollo + Anthropic for outbound. Total ~$1.8k/mo for a tight 5-person GTM. Don't buy Salesforce / Gainsight / Gong yet — too early.
